OktoberFells Trail Races

M3 Outdoor Adventures (M3OA) is looking for sponsors for the OktoberFells Trail Races! Formerly known as "Fall for the Fells", this event has previously attracted 150 runners and over 300 total attendees, raising significant funding for support of the outdoors.

The event will feature 10K and 5K races, along with a 1K family fun run. All proceeds from the races will go toward supporting M3OA and its mission of bringing outdoor experiences to young people.

Delicious food from Redbones BBQ will be available for any hungry attendees and adult beverages will be provided by Medford Brewing Company. Registered racers will receive a discounted meal and beverage ticket.

Sponsorship opportunities and costs

Companies looking to sponsor the OktoberFells Trail Races have four options:

• Platinum Sponsor for OktoberFells Trail Races
• Gold Sponsor for OktoberFells Trail Races
• Silver Sponsor for OktoberFells Trail Races
• Bronze Sponsor for OktoberFells Trail Races

With fees ranging from $250 - $2,500 depending on sponsorship level, companies of all sizes can sponsor this event.

Although exact benefits vary between the different sponsorship levels, sponsors can expect things like logo placement on multiple forms of media (e.g., t-shirts, promotional materials, banners, etc.) and complimentary race entries. Companies that sponsor at a higher level get to address the race attendees and can organize independent, brand-related activities at the event.

Each sponsorship level includes booth space and vendor tables can be supplied for a separate $40 fee.

Deadlines, dates, and locations

The OktoberFells Trail Races will be held on October 27, 2019 from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM at Medford High School (489 Winthrop Street, Medford, MA 02155). No specific deadline for sponsorship application was specified.

About the host

M3OA was founded in 2019 as a youth-centered recreation program with the goal of encouraging stewardship and appreciation of the outdoors. Despite being a relatively new nonprofit, M3OA has been featured in The Boston Globe and on WHDH Channel 7 News.
